When an event below opens for entries, a link will activate within that event listing for you to click on just above the map.
Tour Memberships: (Members and Non-Members)  still need to fill out rodeo producer profile

• How to buy: Click the "TOUR MEMBERSHIP" tab above, or purchase one in person at the event.
• Benefits: Members get points counted toward year-end finals and receive entry priority for performances.
• Rule: You must purchase your membership prior to entries opening to receive event priority.
• Note: A Tour Membership is separate from a software profile; you will still need to set up your Rodeo Producer profile below. [1]

Entries & Rosters:

• When entries close, we will post the official list of contestants on our Facebook Page showing showing who is in performance and slack for Barrel Racers. 
• 
  Bull Riders: When you enter you will receive a confirmation that the system received your entry, this does not guarantee you are entered, as tour members receive priority while entries are open. When entries close if there is to many entries some non-members may be drawn out and that list will be posted on our Facebook page. 
• We HIGHLY recommend setting up your profile ahead of time on Rodeo Producer so you are ready to go.

Here are the formatted instructions for using the Rodeo Producer software system.

How to Create a Profile (Before Entries Open)
You must have a profile to receive a member number before you can enter an event.

1. Click on the brown box at the top of the page labeled "Members".
2. Click on "Register".
3. Fill out all required fields in the form.
4. Select "Non-Member Free" for your membership type. If you already purchased a paid membership on the other tab, staff will manually update your account status to paid member later.
5. Click submit to create your profile. Your new member number will be emailed to you immediately.

Note: It is highly recommended to complete your profile registration well before entries officially open.


How to Look Up an Existing Member Number
You do not need your password to enter a rodeo, just your member number.

1. Click on the brown tab at the top of the page labeled "Members".
2. Click on "Member Number List".
3. Select "Rice Rodeo Company" from the dropdown menu at the top of the page to display the full list of members and their corresponding numbers.

How to Enter a Rodeo

1. Scroll down the middle of the main page to find your desired event.
2. Click on "Enter Rodeo". This button will only appear once entries are officially open.
3. Choose your member status from the two green boxes that appear:
   • Returning Members (Right Box):
     • Click "Returning Member".
     • Enter your member number on the next screen to autofill your name.
     • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your entry.
     • Select your first and second performance preferences (note: your second preference is slack).
   • New Members (Left Box):
     • Click "New Member" if you have not created a profile yet.
     • You will be redirected to the profile creation page to receive your member number.
     • Retrieve your member number from your email inbox.
     • Return to the main screen, click "Enter Rodeo" again, select "Returning Member", and enter your new number to complete your registration.
       

⚠️ Important: Tour Membership vs. Rodeo Producer Profile
A Rodeo Producer profile is NOT a Tour Membership.
To earn points for the finals and get performance priority, you must buy a tour membership.
Click "Tour Membership" on the other tab to buy it.
You must still create a Rodeo Producer profile after buying your membership
