First entered (members have preference) will be in performance. You MUST check in 1 hour prior to the performance with the secretary, if not checked in and paid 1 hour prior to the performance you will be scratched, no exceptions. Pattern size will vary based on the arena size. Many of our events are on narrow pull tracks, many have a smaller pattern. Events are a RUN IN and RUN OUT unless otherwise posted at the event. You are required to provide a current coggins for each horse. You must BRING TWO Readable COPY'S one for our records and one for the fairboard. Or you can scan and email prior to the event the coggins to ricerodeoco@gmail.com once we have it on file you do not need to bring to any future shows that year. If you are coming into a Wisconsin and Iowa event from out of state you are also required to have a CVI less then 30 days old.
All non-notified turn outs will be fined your entry fee and you will not be allowed to enter another event until this has been paid. Unfortunately we have to add this rule due to the extreme high volume of non-notified no shows last year. The reason for this is once we post the run order if you do not show we STILL payout your entry as if you ran.
